There will be a number of different races to choose from in Empires of Sorcery. We hope to make each of these races feel distinct and flavorful. It is our intention to go beyond simple differences in military units and city buildings. Each race will have unique bonuses and abilities ranging from basic increases in production or research to more extreme examples like undead who don't produce food or pay taxes and have no morale. Our goal is to give players a reason to select a race that goes beyond choosing a particular military unit. We hope that this will add hours of enjoyment to the game in the form of rich replay value.
